[News] Interstate-V Shutdown

Server Shutdown As of today, Interstate V will be transferred from the internal on hold status to the official shutdown status. We placed Interstate V on hold late last year so that we could focus on other projects at hand such as internal Shadow Development content and TOGR. We then reviewed said status at the beginning of 2024 and found that it was best to remain on hold, and today we have decided that it is best to publicly shut down the project.
